ITM Financial Introduces Forex and Binary Options Signal Android Apps

Jun 25 2013

The Boston based forex software provider ITM Financial was one of the first developers to introduce neuro-social trading as a concept. The company then extended this idea further and launched a binary options software application.

This week, ITM Financial brings things mobile by launching Android apps for both forex and binary options trading signals.
What ITM Financial does is use data from fundamental and technical analysis, combined with social media and blogs insight in order to prepare a predictive analysis of financial markets and broadcast alerts for traders. With mobile trading being a sustainable trend on the forex and binary options scene, it only makes sense for ITM to come up with apps for bringing these alerts to people's phones and tablets.
“We are extremely happy to offer our forex signals, news, and market commentary to a whole new category of Android cell or tablet users,” says the company's CEO Curt Dalton. “We think the application market is still in its infancy of how users are going to digest content, get information, and interact with their mobile devices like Iphones, Galaxy 4’s and Evos. Tablets give us a new medium to give away our content and opinions to a much more mobile crowd that the PC based crowd”.
“Binary options are great ways to hedge your trades or positions in the currency or commodities market. The binary options market is used extensively outside the US and continues to grow worldwide,” adds Ali Khan, CTO of ITM Financial.
What I like about the two new apps is that they're very, very simple. In order to register, you simply enter your email address and that's all – then you get the signals displayed by date, and have the option to filter them by trading instrument. Both apps display economic news as well.
The binary options signals app
The forex app publishes alerts for all the major currency pairs, with the downside of only doing so for the New York and London trading sessions. If you're trading binary options, you'll get trade alerts for NASDAQ, Dow Jones Industrial Average, FTSE100 (UK), XAU/USD, XAG/USD, Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Apple stock.
The forex signals app
What I don't like is the fact that ITM Financial promises alerts that sound too good to be true – and charge appropriately. For its forex signals, the company advertises an accuracy rate of 60% - 70% and profits of more than 300 pips per day. To get access to this, you would have to pay a one-off fee of $997, $1,997 or $4,997 depending on the package you choose.
The prices for binary option signals are similar – there are packages for $997 and $1,997 (one-time fees), and an annual membership of $9,997 per year.
The good news is that when you sign up, you get 30 days of trading signals for free to try them out and see if they're worth it. Once you sign up for a package, ITM Financial offers a 60-day money back guarantee.
Another downside of the ITM's apps is that they only publish the alerts, so you still need to access a trading platform, be it desktop or mobile, to place an order.
