FX Choice Offers Free VPS to Loyal Traders

The importance of using a virtual private server (VPS) for your automated trading is beyond any doubt – the service grants an additional level of protection that could turn out to save you loads of money and safeguard you from unexpected technical or internet connection failures – especially if you know how to make the most of your VPS

EA- and signal traders are not the only ones who can benefit from a VPS, though – the service's characteristics make it useful for manual traders as well, as they can also suffer losses due to computer crashes and internet connections being cut off.

What's more, the service is so affordable, that one would be crazy not to take advantage of it. A VPS generally ony costs about $35-50 per month, and there are ways to get it for free – just recently we published a piece on Amazon's 12 months of free VPS, and this week another lucrative offer has just hit our inbox: the global broker FX Choice is offering a designated VPS service to its customers.

The price of FX Choice's VPS is $1.5 per day (approximately $45 or €40 per month), which is pretty cheap – you probably spend more than that on coffee, don't you?

The broker promises guaranteed connection speed for the service, which is possible due to the fact that the VPS servers are practically next door to FX Choice's trading servers. This way trade latency is eliminated and the execution speed is extremely fast, allowing you the highest possible degree of control over your trading.

As I said, the price of FX Choice's basic VPS configuration is about $45/month, however the broker is extending a special courtesy to its most active and loyal customers, offering the service absolutely free of charge to anyone who maintains a trading balance of $3,000 or more in their accounts. The other condition for getting a free VPS is to trade at least $1 million within a billing period – a reasonable trading volume for an average trader.

If FX Choice is not your cup of tea and you prefer to trade with another company, you may consider another broker offering a VPS service – similarly to FX Choice, most brokers either charge a small fee for their virtual servers, or offer them for free to loyal clients. Some of the premium brokerages with VPS are FXCM, Forex.com, ThinkForex and RoboForex.
