Ready, Steady, Shoot: FBS Launches FX Bazooka

Earlier today FBS announced the launch of its new service: FX Bazooka

Now before you start freaking out over the service name, imagining scenes of unnecessary destruction and violence, we should probably explain that the broker only aims to equip you with a trading weapon – nothing more violent than that (unless you use this service to become a real badass trader).
FX Bazooka is basically a website, where traders can find all sorts of information about forex and financial markets in general. It features technical and fundamental analysis tools so every trader should be able to benefit from it.
The economic calendar of FX Bazooka is pretty basic – it doesn't really explain the correlations between the different types of news and their impact on the currency markets, which makes us think it was designed with the more advanced traders in mind and we believe that beginners should have been included as well. A neat feature of the calendar is the possibility to filter news by currency.
The lack of explanations on the calendar is somewhat compensated by the Market News section, and also under “Fundamental analysis” on the “About Forex” page – and while the information is comprehensive, we would definitely prefer to have it all in the same place so that we won't have to cross-check and spending unnecessary time digging for information, jumping from page to page (we could use this time to trade, now, couldn't we?).
Now that I mentioned the “About Forex” section, let me tell you what else you will find there. There's a general overview of what forex is, explanation of the fundamental analysis principles for the different currencies, and a technical analysis section where you can get acquainted with some of the basic technical analysis tools – Japanese candlestick patterns, trend indicators, oscillators, line studies, etc.
To see technical analysis applied to practice, just go to the “Forex Analitycs” section, where you get to examine charts for some of the most common currency pairs, and you can also exchange comments with the other traders.
The one thing I like the most about FX Bazooka, though, remains the “Holidays” page, where you see a calendar with all bank holidays all over the world and the currency that is affected by the holiday – a really handy tool that can help you optimize your trading.
