EXNESS Integrates Websites of New Zealand's, Cypriot Businesses

EXNESS, the global Forex broker, has announced the merger of the websites of its businesses in New Zealand and Cyprus: since February 10, 2014, all of the clients of the broker have been able to use a single website – www.exness.com.

Before the change, only EXNESS Limited, the New Zealand-based and regulated business of the broker, was offering its services via the www.exness.com website. The Cypriot company – EXNESS (CY) Ltd, was offering its services through the www.exness.eu website. The broker used to ask traders whether which website they'd like to visit, depending on the company.

And although the pop-up window was not disturbing, we have to admit that the interface is way friendlier now that there is only one website integrating the two once separate websites.

By the way, what may seem as a simple move to us – the visitors of a website and clients of the broker, has certainly consumed plenty of efforts of the web designers. The result is worth the labour – it's easy to navigate for clients of both companies. If there is a difference in the services offered, the broker would offer a menu from which to select the company with which one has the account. There is such an option on the page concerning the payment methods – you select one of the two companies and see only the payment methods available to you. Your account will remain with the broker with which it was opened originally – the change refers only to the website and will cause no disruption to trading.

You may wonder what's the idea behind the integration of websites, after all there still would be two distinct companies, both with their regulations and dedicated clientele. One reason is the facilitation of navigation (we discussed this), while another is brand establishment. Regarding this, let's confess that dotcom sites are easy to find and intuitively more appealing when it comes to business. And let's also consider that EXNESS aims for global growth – instead of different websites, it would be good to have all of the services under the helm of its most popular page.

One additional factor which we rarely have in mind is that a single website allows for easier elimination of scams – the traders will know which is the single website of EXNESS and will not pay attention to scammers which often tend to use sites with similar names.

Apparently, EXNESS made a wise move.
