Hong Kong forex broker Rakuten Securities offers up to HK$700 Spending Limit Prepaid Card as a welcome gift to new account registrants. Here are all the details you need to know about the company’s promotional offer, which is valid from now until the end of March 2019.

Eligible to receive the Spending Limit Prepaid Card with HK$500 are only clients who have successfully opened a Rakuten FX live account and have not held or cancelled such an account within the past nine (9) months prior to the registration date of the promotional campaign.

While the broker has not set any minimum initial investment amount, there is a trading volume requirement for those who wish to receive the Gift prepaid card. They have to reach at least 5,000 round-turn notional trading volume in one shot. Also, keep in mind that the prepaid card is not transferable to any third party and cannot be converted into cash under any circumstances.

Furthermore, those who got HK$500, can also receive an additional HK$200 Spending Limit Prepaid Card, provided that they currently hold a FX margin trading account with other financial institutions and/or an existing Trading Station account. Note that any FX trading statement within the last six months must be presented at the time of account opening.

Rakuten Securities HK offers trading in 40 currency pairs on two robust platforms (Trading Station and Rakuten FX) with spreads as low as 0.9 pips on some majors. The broker is a subsidiary of the Japanese forex giant Rakuten Securities, one of the three largest forex brokers in Japan, and also a pioneer in leveraged foreign exchange trading in Hong Kong.
