Grand Capital launches Serenity Financial - blockchain-based arbitration forex platform

Jonathan Smith ,

Forex, CFD and binary options broker Grand Capital  announced it has launched Serenity Financial – a blockchain-based secure forex marketplace for traders and brokers.

The platform has been developed in partnership with software solutions provider UpTrader and acts as an arbitration intermediary that controls both traders and brokers. Serenity Financial has a depository system based on blockchain and cryptocurrencies, which records and guarantees fairness of all trades, non-trade operations and withdrawal transactions. Additionally, clients’ funds are stored in segregated accounts.

The know your customer (KYC) system allows clients to undergo the verification process just once and then can trade with whichever broker is connected to Serenity Financial and easily switch between them. Among the partners of the project are brokerages and fintech companies like Grand Capital, Faster Broker, B2 Broker, Carrax, XO Option and UpTrader.

In order to finance Serenity Financial, in mid-November the partners are launching an ICO with Serenity Tokens. The buyback will start in 2019, with a minimum price of 0.1 ETH per token. At least 50% of the company profit will be allocated to the buyback. The total amount of tokens is 3 500 000.

"Serenity is a unique project. It has all the potential to change Forex market and solve a lot of problems traders face. Serenity uses blockchain technology to record all trading and non-trading transactions. The platform stores funds and provides liquidity to brokers. It's Forex reinvented, a united, secure and honest Forex for everybody", said Denis Kulagin, Serenity Financial CEO.

Grand Capital is an award-winning broker operating since 2006. It is registered on the Seychelles and has offices in Europe and Asia. The company has a  Dealer in Securities license from Vanuatu and has announced plans to apply for a license from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). It also has a B-Category license from the Financial Commission (FinaCom), a Hong Kong-based external dispute resolution (EDR) organization.

The broker offers trading in over 250 financial instruments, including classic forex, futures and stock CFDs on various instruments, including cryptocurrencies, as well as binary options on MetaTrader 4 and WebTerminal.
