Italy’s CONSOB added GoldmanCFD, WiseBanc, and several other unregulated brokers to its warning list

Italian financial regulator Commissione Nazionale per le Societa e la Borsa (CONSOB) updated its warning list with unregulated brokers GoldmanCFD, WiseBanc, FirstBTCfx, and WinCapitalPro on Monday. CONSOB ordered all of them to cease provision of unauthorized investment services and activities to the Italian public.

The Italian regulator has also suspended (for a period of 10 days) the offer to the Italian public concerning shares promoted by Sky Way Capital, and has prohibited the services of Cryptoforce and Eagle Bit Trade offered to Italian Investors.

WiseBanc (operating via the www.wisebanc.com) is an unregulated forex and CFD broker that seems to have really scammed a lot of investors, judging by the numerous complaints submitted below our review. It allegedly operates out of Bulgaria and has also been blacklisted by UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA).

GoldmanCFD (www.goldmancfd.com) uses MetaTrader4 platform, provided by outright scam iForex24. The broker is allegedly owned and operated by offshore company GOLDMANCFD LTD, and I not entitled to operate in Italy, nor in Europe, or any regulated market in general.

As the forex market is full of scammers, we advise our readers to only deal with properly licensed forex and CFD brokers.  Some of the most reliable ones are those authorized by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority. Actually, although Italy is a major market for the trading industry, it is mainly serviced by brokers, licensed in other European countries. Below, you can find some of the best forex brokers legally operating in the country.
