Clients of X90 have are offered a single commission-free account with, fixed spreads, leverage up to 1:300, and the option to trade in micro lots

Overall, X90’s trading conditions seem typical for a Market Maker: average minimum initial deposit and a fixed spread of 2 pips for the EUR/USD. Yet, we cannot find a reason to choose X90 over other reliable brokers, duly licensed by trustworthy regulators. For example, you may open an account with $100 with easyMarkets, regulated by CySEC, as well as ASIC, and use fixed spreads of 1 pips on EUR/USD. Moreover, with easyMarkets, you can never lose more funds than you have deposited, as it provides Negative balance protection.

X90 offers trading in currency pairs, commodity, shares & index CFDs, as well as ETF on its web-based platform. The company behind the brand, CFD Group Ltd., is registered in the Marshall Islands.

Companies on the Marshall Islands just need to complete a simple registration procedure and don’t face any requirements, nor are subject to supervision. To put it simply, when investing with such brokerages, traders will be receiving very limited regulatory protection and oversight, if any. Because of the greater risks in investing with offshore companies, we generally advise traders to avoid them and select among brokers regulated by the FCA, ASIC or another trustworthy regulatory body.

What is more, most user reviews about X90 are negative, claiming that it refuses withdrawals of profitable traders.

Trading Platform

If you are looking for the widely used MetaTrader 4, you will not find it with this broker.

X90 offers its clients its proprietary web-based platform, also available as mobile versions. It is simple to use, requires no installation of additional software and is equipped with the basic trading tools, such as candle and line charts, indicators, etc. It also has Insights sector with forecasts and news. However, it lacks some of MT4’s key features, such as automated trading with EAs and copy trading options.

Methods of Payment

X90 offers its clients the following payment modes: credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank wire transfer, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, and Comodo.

Conclusion

X90 is a newly launched another non-regulated forex broker and market maker. It offers its services via its web-based platform, does not support MT4. To sum up the above:

X90 withdrawal

It becomes very difficult to withdraw money from X90 platform. You are required to have a certain amount of money in your account for money to be deposited in your account. When you inquire, you get scatchy answers that you will remain unanswered. When you request the explanation to be put in writing you get a cold holder and nothing will ever be put in writing. My account manager was John Pesku. They will keep in phoning you to put more money in the account for them to withdraw but not to get what is due to you.

Scammed Trader

Hi I have been with Invest.com and my last accounts manager was Ivan Bosnjak who when moved to X90 convinced me to moved my funds to X90.
He told me that it was cheaper to trade with them.I already had an account with them.I transferred $4000 to X90 with Ivan being my accounts manager.Eventually Ivan was managing both my accounts. The account that I opened with Ivan was completely wiped out and when I asked Ivan he told me he was away from the office for a month and he has no idea what hapend to my account.I have been trying to withdraw my money since December and all X90 do is cancel my withdrawal. When i finally contacted Ivan he told me its out of his hands.I still cant get my money from X90.Everytime they cancel my withdrawal I do another withdrawal but its in vain. Please guys do not invest in X90 because you wont be able to withdraw your money......

Very Expensive Lesson

I invested €3,600.00 since 4 January 2018.

As of 21/02/2018 I had 10 open trades with a summary as follows:

Available:€1,108.48
Equity:€1,230.59
M. Margin:€61.06
Profit/Loss: €418.54

The figures above do not include the requested withdrawal of €1,290.00 requested 13 February 2018. To make this withdrawal request had to provide multiple documents before they would accept. I was then advised it would take 3 - 7 business days for the wire to be actioned.

21 February I requested confirmation that the €1,290.00 would be credited back to my bank by Thursday 22 February.

They replied:

Hello Paul, Thank you for contacting us. We have received the required documents for the withdrawal but you currently have open positions in your account and you received 80 EUR trading bonus.
To withdrawal funds from your account you will need to first close the positions and forfeit the bonus. Please update us once you close the positions and we will proceed with cancelling bonus. Should you require any further assistance, feel free to contact us. Best regards, Jack.

I replied: Hi Jack, The bonuses were awarded on the very first investments made and those funds are still invested. I’m withdrawing funds I invested cleanly after the bonuses were issued. Furthermore, why are you only advising me of this now and not when you advised earlier the funds would be wired in 3 to 7 business days? Please ask a supervisor to call me if my withdrawal request will not be processed by Thursday.

I received no response.

My first deposit of €100.00 received a bonus of €50.00. My second deposit of €100.00 received a bonus of €30.00. My withdrawal of €1,290.00 has already been removed from the figures stated above, which is easily calculated by deducting the available €1,108.48 and €1,230.59 from the total deposits of €3,600.00 (Not including the €80.00 bonus amount)

The only way to get my money was to close all positions, however my losses were far greater than shown above at €418.54. My total cash out is €2,221.00 so my actual total losses are €1,379.00 and this is apparently because when they removed the bonus of €80.00 that also had a leverage but significantly higher than their agent/broker had advised.

I am reporting the affair to my bank and the police, however I don't believe any action will be taken so this has been a very expensive lesson, but a lesson I've learnt massively from. X90 are employing conmen and encouraging them to suck clients in with these offers of bonus deposits without explaining what they actually mean.
