The Bitcoin Compass Review - is it scam or safe?

The Bitcoin Compass Review - is thebitcoincompass.com scam or good crypto robot?

RATING: 1 / 2 REVIEWS The Bitcoin Compass
Beware! The Bitcoin Compass is most probably a scam!

General information

All kinds of cryptocurrency investment schemes keep popping up in the trading world recently. Some of them are pretty elaborate and have nicely designed websites and trading platforms. There are even legit cryptocurrency exchanges, as well as crypto CFD providers. Most of them, however, are pretty simple and shady and you don’t need to be an expert to tell that it is all fake. We believe that the Bitcoin Compass belongs to the latter group.

It is supposed to be a software tool that allows investors to get involved in the Bitcoin revolution and become millionaires. The Bitcoin Compass allegedly has over 400,000 registered members worldwide and all of them make millions without even lifting a finger. Investors just have to register, deposit $250 and activate the software.

The website of the Bitcoin Compass only contains a video and shares the success stories of some of its members. The video is a compilation of interviews with some industry experts as well as celebrities such as Richard Branson. They are in general sharing their thoughts on Bitcoin, the decentralized nature of blockchain, as well as the opportunity it provides to investors worldwide. Nonetheless, this video does not say anything about the Bitcoin Compass software itself – its algorithm, the team behind it, the company, etc.

Any verified track record?

Unlike the sites of other similar scams, Bitcoin Compass’ website does not promise over 90% success rate of cryptocurrency trades, but simply states that “the sky is the limit” and that the more money you put in, the more you can expect to get out of this cutting-edge technology. Yet, they have provided no explanation on the auto-trading algorithm of the system, nor any proven track record of their historical performance. So the whole offer seems very shady.

Most forex trading robots and Expert Advisors (EAs) provide a track record of their historical performance as a proof that these automated trading systems are real and work as intended. Some of the most popular social trading networks like ZuluTrade or eToro provide such data. Besides, these brokers have been operating for years, have made themselves some sort of a reputation and are regulated.

Regulation and Safety of Funds

As is the case with most, if not all, crypto robots – we could not find any information about the company behind the Bitcoin Compass, nor even an address or a country of origin. This inclines us to believe that this another website whose main purpose is to mislead traders into registering. Those who carelessly give away their address, phone number and email will soon be contacted by some scam brokers urging them to invest.

The people behind the website, as well as those running the scam brokerages, do not answer to any government authority and are pretty much free to do as they like with their potential clients’ accounts and money.

Whichever direction the Bitcoin Compass shows, it is not the right way to a profitable investment. In case you are into Bitcoin, you’d better do that on a regulated cryptocurrency exchange or with a regulated broker that offers crypto CFDs.
