Integra MMG Review - is integrammg.com scam or good forex broker?

Integra MMG is an offshore broker. Your money is not safe.

Standard  $100*  0.01 1:200 1.9 pips

*According to the account types section of the broker’s website, the minimum deposit for a standard account is $20 000, but we suppose this is a mistake. That is why we listed a minimum amount of $100, as written in Integra MMG’s T&C.

Forex and CFD broker Integra MMG offers two account types for trading in various financial instruments on the MetaTrader platform. Unfortunately, free demo accounts are not available. What is worse, Integra MMG does not hold a legit license.

In the present detailed review, we will highlight both the strong and weak sides of this broker, so that you decide for yourselves whether or not to invest with it.

Integra MMG Advantages

MetaTrader allegedly supported

Integra MMG claims to support the highly praised MetaTrader 4 platform, simply known as MT4. The MT4 is perfect for traders of all experience levels and is recognized for its user-friendly interface, advanced charting features, technical analysis tools and automated trading capabilities via the so called Expert Advisors.

However, when we tried to download the Integra MMG’s platform for the purposes of the present review, we got a MetaTrader5 instead. While the MT5 is also a great trading platform, the version provided by Integra MMG is actually powered by MetaQuotes, and not customized to offer any particular forex broker’s conditions.

Reasonable minimum deposit requirement, solid leverage

Another thing we like about Integra MMG is that it has not set high entry level, so its clients can start out with a deposit of $100. Besides, they can use solid leverage, up to 1:200. Such leverage ratios will probably suffice the needs of most traders.

Good variety of assets

With Integra MMG one can supposedly trade in many forex pairs, including exotics, as well as CFDs on commodities, indices, stocks, and equities. Only cryptocurrency CFDs are missing – one of the most popular asset classes in recent years.

Integra MMG Disadvantages

Registered offshore

The most serious disadvantage of this broker is the lack of legit license. Integra MMG says it is owned and operated by Get Marketing Ltd., a company registered on the Marshall Islands. Besides, the broker’s website also features a company based in Azerbaijan as a partner for reception of payments, which is odd.

Forex brokers registered on the Marshall Islands are not subject to any licensing regime and financial oversight, which means that their clients are open to all kinds of risks. For example, they might never get to withdraw any money – a problem that is unfortunately not rare with offshore forex brokers, most of which are engaged in some sort of fraudulent activities. That is why we keep reiterating the importance of financial regulation in our reviews as the most important factor for the security of any investment.

No testing service

As it already became clear, one cannot try out Integra MMG’s platform prior to investing, which is always a worrisome sign. A test-drive of the trading platform is a great advantage and shows that the brokerage is transparent with its trading conditions.

Announced spreads above the average

A spread of 1.8 pips on EUR/USD, as specified on Integra MMG’s website, is above the average for the forex market. Most brokers offer spreads within the range of 1.0 – 1.5 pips for this pair, and some go even lower.

Conclusion

Integra MMG is an offshore forex broker which is not overseen by any financial regulator. The downside for clients is obvious - there is no authority they can turn to in case of fraud, and such cases are not rare in the world of forex.

That is why we always advise investors to deal only with brokers licensed by prestigious governmental agencies, such as the CySEC in Cyprus or ASIC in Australia, for example. These authorities require compliance with a number of strict rules that give significant assurance for the security of the clients funds.
