TadawulFX does not trade against clients or manipulate the prices

Please note that Tadawul FX is a European regulated and licensed investment firm that follows strict regulatory procedures. Tadawul FX is also audited on the regular basis to ensure that it follows best business practices in all respects of the business, from internal operations to the way it deals with clients. In line with regulations, Tadawul FX always offers the best possible price, execution and trading conditions at any given time. It does not trade against clients or manipulate the prices as has been suggested, and has many loyal and satisfied traders that make excellent profits every day.

Please note that arbitrage is not accepted by Tadawul FX, (see one definition of arbitrage here: http://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/arbitrage.asp) as is common practice with all other brokerages, and any client found taking advantage of this method will be notified accordingly. If the problem persists, appropriate action will be taken to prevent further trading and exploitation of this method of trading (profiting from non-existent prices or price differences between different brokers). Any client notified of using this strategy is more than welcomed to request additional information or an official explanation.

As is required by European law, Tadawul FX is obliged to include a clause in its Trading Agreement related to such matters. As this is legal requirement, all licensed financial firms based in Europe follow this procedure. Before signing and accepting the Contract, we always recommend that you fully read it first and contact us if you have any questions or if something is not clear.
