I have been trading with FXCM for several months now.
I havent had a problem yet. I have yet to wait more than 2 minutes with costumer service either.
Bottom line is it is a good broker, it just comes down to whether you now how to trade or not.
Anyway i am switching to their mt4 platform today, i will update this after some thorough analysis.
