Please, be notified, that trading history in Real 1 Live Standard and Micro accounts might be displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue that happened earlier today on Real 1 server. Real1 server is now connected and fully operational, however some accounts may still display incorrect account history.
If you notice incorrect trading history in your account, please email us at chiefdealer@fxopen.com or dealing.team@fxopen.org and ask for your account to be corrected.
Any additional information will be helpful:
the account number
ticket numbers of the orders
MetaTrader 4 client terminal log files
screenshots of your MT4 client terminal,
latest trading statements etc.
