A while ago we reported on the Cypriot broker XEMarkets organizing an exclusive trading competition for the students of the London School of Economics and Political science (LSE). The choice of school was not random – four board members and two of the brokerage's founders are graduates of that prestigious educational institution.
What's more, XEMarkets used the start of the contest as an occasion to declare its wish for ongoing co-operation with LSE, and becoming a career patron of the school.
It is now clear that the broker is moving on with its plan: on June 15, 2013, XEMarkets will host a forex seminar at LSE. The seminar is a part of the company's series of educational events carried out around the world.
Attendant of the LSE seminar will have a chance to meet and learn from the certified instructor and portfolio manager Avramis Despotis. The topic will be “Learn to earn Intraday Trading” and participants will find out how to spot changes in market volatility; how to trade intraday swings; how to combine time frames for ultimate results, and how to use a clearly defined rule set to trade intraday with confidence. Despotis will thoroughly explain the Gann Swing and will go into the "hidden relationships" of multiple time frames and how they are applied to intraday trading.
The aim of the curriculum is to give the attendants practical tips on the most effective tecnhiques applied by successful traders. It follows up XEMarkets “Learn to Earn Multiple Time Frame Trading” and is designed with the seasoned technical traders in mind – which doesn't mean it won't be useful for other types of traders as well.
Avramis Despotis is XEMarkets chief technical strategist, and a professional with extensive experience in both trading and trading education. He holds a BSc in Economics from University College London, and an MSc in Finance and Banking obtained at the Athens University of Economics. His expertise includes foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income, commodities, equities, and derivatives, and along with leading the broker's live seminars, he is also responsible for the free trading signals
that XEMarkets recently began broadcasting.
If you wish to attend Despotis' seminar at the LSE, make sure to register in advance. You don't need to be a student at the London School of Economics, however you would need a live account with XEMarkets.
