FXFlat is a part of the german asset management company Heyder Krüger and Colleagues which was founded 1997. The company is authorised and regulated by the german Financial Service Authority BaFin (BAKNR 109603). 

Beyond the segregation of accounts, the customers are compensated for claims through FSCS with up to 30,000 GBP plus 90 % of the next 20,000 GBP for a “protected claim”. The maximum compensation therefore equals 48,000 GBP per customer.
