We have searched our databases and cannot find any client either with a name or location similar to yours. Please send us an email with your account number and name, stating the exact problem you have encountered and providing as much detail as possible to complaint@tadawulfx.com.

Tadawul FX does not use a Virtual Dealer and does not manipulate market orders. All complaints are taken very seriously and are investigated fully to ensure all matters are resolved adequately, honestly and in a timely matter.

Please note that Tadawul FX follows an STP (straight through processing) model of execution and does not interfere or manipulate market orders in any form. We always aim to offer our clients assistance with any matters they are facing and will do our best to address any concerns and resolve them.

After executing several hundred trades with TDFX. I can CONFIRM with 99% certainty that they are using a "Virtual Dealer Plugin" for the TadawulFX-Live server. When multiple positions are open, and I execute a script to "close all" with 5 pip max slippage, the first one ALWAYS takes 5+ seconds to close. This is UNETHICAL, and I WANT AN ANSWER FROM TDFX.

I have been trading with TADAWUL FX for a while now and i am pleased with the service offered.

I have been treated in a professional manner and have been assigned an account manager who helps me with everything. No withdrawal issues and no problem with execution. The support is great, the spreads are steady and execution is instant.

Overall a good broker.

I have been with this broker for over a year with over 2500 closed trades done manually and by an EA. Had never any re-quotes, quick e-mail responses, very stable data feed , quick deposit and quick withdrawal of funds. The fixed spread is as indicated by TDFX so no complaints, and as long as they keep up this good service I will stay with them.

I have been switching brokers for the last two years due to the fact that most of them are using virtual dealers to trade against me but since I opened an account with TadawulFX I have to admit that I am very pleased to be one of their clients.

My trades are always filled at the current market price and if the rate has changed, I sometimes get a re-quote with the new price. This is normal because we are trading in the biggest market in the world. The prices move all the time and sometimes those re-quotes are on my favour and sometimes against me.

Every now and then, I place some trades during news times and I have to say that I am very surprised with their execution. The market moves very fast and my trades are always executed. Seriously, I do not understand why other brokers widen the spreads at that time or why they disable the trading.

I must admit having read some of the posts here, I can confirm that TDFX is true to their word when they say if you face any issues to contact them.

I had some issues when I started with execution and sent an e-mail to my personal account manager. Within the same day he contacted me and we went through a check list that they have and analysed the log files and my VPS server that my EA is running on was the cause of the delays. I was using a VPS server in the USA and I had one EA running on a few accounts I have. I followed their instructions, changed my VPS server to one located in Europe, connected the EA to one account and now I have zero execution issues.

The personal support that I have found at TADAWUL is the best compared to other companies I have traded with and I would like to say a big thanks to my personal account manager Vassos for all of his assistance.

Please note that all deposits are free of charge (as a special promotion which started August 2010 and will end January 2011). All withdrawals via Moneybookers are only 50 cents. Sorry to hear that you find this expensive, but this is one of the most competitive costs in the whole forex industry and you will probably not find it elsewhere!

The problems with most brokers is that they either freeze the rates during news releases or they widen the rates, some don't even allow you to trade 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the news.

Sometimes you can get some delays with Tadawul but at least they allow you to trade during the news and don't widen spreads or give you slippage. I rarely trade during the big news, and during normal hours the execution is instantaneous.

For me they are very good. I did a lot of research to find a good broker and Im happy with my decision. I even spoken to one of the partners in the past, they really are patient to helping clients out.

I have been using this broker for a few months now and I have to say that I have also had no problems whatsoever. I chose them originally because they are regulated and have added to their regulation since, plus their spreads are very good and customer service excellent.

I opened an account through Cashbackforex, so I get rebates from every trade and coupled with the lower fixed spreads on the majors if your account balance is above $5,000 I don't think I could better the whole deal anywhere else.

I trade with TDFX since the summer and so far I've had no issues with execution or orders freezing. Depositing is fast, my account manager is helpful, and all interaction so far has been good. I saw some guy mention that he lost 500 $ in 2 days and called TDFX crooks. He also said he traded 1 lot with 400:1 leverage. I mean come one! Think about it, if you cant afford to lose 500$ don't trade 1 lot per position, and especially with 400 leverage!


Anyway so far so good with TDFX, they seem like a good broker.

Please note that if you are experiencing issues while trading with Tadawul FX, you must always inform Tadawul FX straight away. This gives us the opportunity to run tests, give advice and solve the matter.

Tadawul FX will always do everything within its power to assist you with any issues that you might experience, however if the problem is never reported then we are not able to help you.

To Mike from Toronto: please get in contact with us, providing as many details as possible so we can look into the matter you experienced. Please note that Tadawul FX follows an STP model of execution and therefore does not trade against clients.

Tadawul FX is continuously working on ways to improve execution time during volatile market conditions. However, generally many of the delays can be reduced by following these steps:
1) Open -New Order Window- in your MT4 platform
2) Tick the -Enable maximum deviation from quoted price- box
3) Enter an appropriate value (up to 7 pips)

The amount of re-quotes will be reduced because the system would automatically accept the new price as long as it is within the range you have selected (for example 2 pips).

In addition, delays in execution could be prevented by following the recommendations below.

1) It is not recommended to use a wireless internet connection for trading.
2) It is not recommended to have more than one MT4 platform installed on your computer, especially from several brokers.
3) It is not recommended to run many (or large) applications on your computer while trading.
4) If you are trading with an EA that is connected to a VPS, please ensure that there are no delays from the VPS provider. Tadawul FX servers are located in Germany and France and we recommend that you choose a VPS provider located in these regions.

Please note that trading during News Announcements may affect the speed of execution as liquidity is thinner and prices are more volatile. For this very reason many brokers do not permit news trading, or often widen the spreads considerably to protect themselves from potential losses. Tadawul FX follows an STP model of execution and therefore if you experience any delays during news trading these are generally the result of low liquidity and/or high volatility in the market, where it is difficult to capture the price. Please remember, that news trading carries a greater risk and is not recommended for all.

Hello everyone,

I want to warn everyone who is thinking of open live account with Tadawulfx or those who are currently having live account with them. These guys are crooks and scammers. Tdfx will do every including manipulating price or delay your order, requote, whatever it take to rob your money.

If after all of those dirty tricks and you still manage to make some money, they will accuse you of doing arbitrage. That is bullshit, because as retail traders, we are at the mercy of the brokers. They offer us the price and we can only buy and sell at whatever they offer. So for them to accusing us for cheating or doing arbitrage is so ridiculous. They has a clause on the broker and customer agreement to give them the right to take all your profit back if they accuse you of doing arbitrage.

Yes these guys are cheating their customers, they sometime offer price that off from other broker by 3 to 4 pips. A few smart traders figure this out and beat them at their own game, so they are mad about it. Yes that's right, they can cheat on us, but if we know they are cheating and taking measure to beat them back, they threaten to take our money or kick us out. This is has been happy to many traders.

So do not do business with this broker. Your money is not safe. They will find the way to rob you. They are nice to you only give you are losing money, but once you manage to make money, they become very mean to you and give you all kind of threat.

This is the worst broker, and terrible broker ever!!
