FxPro is just usual scam company. They will find way to take your monay and even will not say thanks. At the moment I am working with another broker every thing is fine. Do not trust to their advert. Stay away. I am not advising you bad thing. Your money is more important to you.

It's been more than 2 years now that i am trading with FxPro and have rarely experienced any major issues or complications with them in terms of their service as well as trading.

They offer tight spreads for major currency pairs and note that they are variable spreads not fixed but even then it's competitive (except during major economic news time where the spreads gets increased drastically as with most of the other brokers around).

The support staff and their response time is pretty good. Deposit and withdrawals are processed in minimum amount of time however one has to withdraw the money in the same way as deposited. If one has proper knowledge and understanding of forex and trading then am sure there will be no much complaints.

Overall a thumbs up from my side.

I tried to be patient for a few months and complained about their slow server (Server Real 1) a few times, but this scam broker didnt take it seriously.

Hundreds of requotes prevent me from entering the market. Whenever I tried to buy at low, it was requoted until the price had moved up way long, even when there was no news at all !

Think thousand times or simply do not trade at this scam broker.

Constant requotes, server freezing, invalid price, and fake low spread - that's what I get from FxPro.

They seem to have low spread, but spread changes all the time. And may become big suddenly. Be careful as this could be a trap. Its really hard to enter when you are in the right trade. And they will fill the trade at worst price after delay.

I am prety happy with this firm.

My concern is that this company may shut out Japanese traders because Japanese authorities are applying pressures on so called G7 or 8 states in order to extend recently introduced internal regulations beyond their boundaries.

This is really a silly practice like telling Japanese travellers not to play Black Jack at Las Vegas, because Japan's criminal law prohibits gambling in its territories.

The only liablity for japanese traders is filing proper tax retrns with Inland Revenues. Japanese goverment's pressures are mere wishes. I hope FxPro will not reiterate Alpari's stupidity.

I use FxPro one year. Money within three days this is speed. Very good livechat and support. Has a low spread for Majors in New York and London session. Open trade is fast and good. But when closed in profit is sometimes difficult to close trade.

Not suitable for scalping FapTurbo. It has a high spread on 21-23GMT EUR-CHF:5-7 Usd-Chf:4-6 GBP-CHF:7-10 But overall is good. I do not recommend for scalping in a 21-23Gmt. Very good connection and strong server no problem with dropouts and lag. In metatrader inform on news on market its useful tools.High leverage 500-1 and no commission.

I have withdrawn funds countless times and have not had any problems.

Stick with sending your first deposit via bank transfer and youll have no problem withdrawing your fund, credit card or anyother method is fraud prone which is why they are so strict with procedure

I have opened an account with them since 2008 and right until now I still trade with them. Yes I got some re-quotes during volatility periods but I can handle that because I don't trade scalping strategy. Their withdrawal is fast, taking 2 days to send back money to my bank in Malaysia.

In terms of spreads I can say it is amount the best for MM brokers. For example GBPUSD usually is between 1.8 to 2.0, never goes to 3 pips. GBPJPY between 3.0 to 5.0pips.

I'm colletting people that had bad experience with this broker and got cheated.

I'm a customer that had the account closed just because I'm not a loser and I use low leverage. My introducing broker was closed agreement this week just because they wanted to do so impulsively and without reasons and without pay commissions! My broker is going to sue them in Nicosia and Limasson in Cyprus, people that had accounts with them, or has, and want to join in the legal proceeding against fxpro can send contacts to kartini2@gmail.com and we will organizea big claim with the CYSEC regulator about how FXPRO use the license "ad personam" (custmomized customer by customer at some point) and this is a scam and a fraud system, against the scope of the license of regulators.
It's time to move and attack arrogant brokers.
I will support financially the legal proceeding against FXPRO so please contact me if interested to defend your rights and I will proceed trought CYsex and a court here in Cyprus, where fortunatelly I'm resident, they are unluck... and don't know in which trouble they are now! I collected already 3 introducing brokers cheated and over 10 italians account with cheating system in requotes and account closed for "nothing!".
If you are a loser, they keep your account, if you are a serious and professional investor, they will close you, probabily, as somebody says above, at some point something happen...thanls to the tools they have in their hands to create groups and treat different customers in different ways.
Repeat, they are very arrogants, it's 10 days I dialogue with compliance officer and he doesn't answer to our questions about the terminations of contracts and commissions unpaid and this will go soon on the table of regulators and judge in a court if not sufficent to see respected our rights, as customers, brokers, partners etc!

I've been trading with FXPro for over 4 months now and i have never experienced a requote. Also i have never seen a EUR/USD spread wider than 1,8 pips or GBP/USD wider than 3 pips. And here i am talking about periods when liquidity is at its lowest. During european and american sessions ( the time i trade the most) the above mentioned spreads are 0,8-1,2 pips for the euro and 1-2 pips for the cable.

Withdrawing is surprisngly fast - it took them only 2 business days to transfer my money to my debit card in my bulgarian bank. I also withdrew some money through Paypal and they were available on the very next day.

And here is the moment for some criticism about this broker and some facts that i think they should work on . I don't like the fact that ( in my case) i deposited a portion with Paypal ( they charged me 25 dollars for a 1000USD deposit, eventhough they say this metod is free) and then a smaller amount with my debit card and when i wanted to withdraw some money i had to withdraw them first through Paypal ( up to my initial deposit) and then i could withdraw money to my debit card.

Also i don't like the fact that they have fixed lots amounts - you can trade 0.1lots or 0,2lots, but not 0,15 lots. I think this is not quite flexible.

Customer support is OK.

So this is it from me - a real FXPro customer. Hope this review will be helpful to everyone.

I have been with them for 14 months. I was happy with them. But since August 10, order treatment changed very dramatically. A horrible slippage at news time started to appear (there was not any before Sep 10). I use tick graphs for trading the news, and I noticed, there is ALWAYS a delay at least 15 ticks before the pending order gets filled for the worst price within those 15 ticks (+ news spread), which is often above the news spike.
In addition, a regular 5-second delay in placing (and closing) instant orders was a rule recently, ending mostly in a negative slippage (I never noticed any positive slippage).
This behaviour has been so systematic that I become suspicious and took some time to read the Virtual Dealer plugin manual. My conclusion was, that IF they use it, they use the most aggressive settings available for the plugin.

I made a try to ask the support - in a polite way - if this treatment may improve in the nearest future. I did not mention any suspicion. But they ignored my question and started to ask me over and over about a connection, a server I am using, trades that I am not satisfy with etc. So I realized, there is no will to play fair.

I am moving to another broker right now.

I traded with FxPro for about 5 months. GREAT broker. They have unfortunately stopped doing business with customers from USA and Canada and I was forced to cash out my account. I received all of my money today via wire transfer. 2 days from request to money in the bank.

This is a very good broker with good margin and decent spreads.

I am very disappointed to have to find another broker as I have been comparing some other ones and I have not found any yet as good as FxPro.

I highly recommend them.

Everything is flawless with this broker. I had no problems at all.

My account balance is around 7.4m and I did not have any problem withdrawing my profits or executing/closing a trade .

Please note all complaints about this broker probably has a small account or has less than 5 years of experience in trading the markets.

I've been trading forex for 8 years, so I know what I'm taking about. Do not pass up a excellent broker base on the negative comments and take this experience from me.

I've used 5 brokers and FxPro are by far the best.

Good spreads, I use a 2 (full) pip max deviation as a standard on entries and exits so requotes are acceptable.

Server down times, yes it does happen but again its not unacceptable.

They're not perfect (who is?) but taking pricing, service, execution into account as I said they are by far the best I've ever used.

FxPro is a reliable broker and can be trusted.

Their Mematrader 4 platform performance is super and I have had no problem with it for two years or there about. There is also no problem withdrawing money from them.

This broker is one of the few that one can trust.

My only advice to them is to reduce the spread on the minor crosses and to start offering some other minor currencies like EUR/TRY, GBP/TRY, GBP/RUB,etc. I wish them well.

I love this broker! It's unfortunate that they are moving out of the united states and there for all USA clients are forced to find a new broker. I was very disappointed to here this because I've been having such a great trading experience with them! Loved the price feed, spreads and support. Everything was very fast and user friendly. I also really liked how you could manage your account online by logging onto there website. this would allow for you to change your own leverage instantly. A very nice future that came in very handy. Out of the 10+ MT4 brokers I have tried in my 5 year forex experience, I must admit this is the best one. Spreads are excellent! Ok I admit there is occasionally a requote or 2 in fast moving markets but most of the time fills are done in 1 sec. Withdraws and deposits take 2-3 business days - I have done both. My experience with Fxpro has been a love-hate relationship. I simply mean that I have had both good and bad experiences with them. Let me begin with the bad first.

Among some of my major discontentments are that orders take a long time to be filled, executions are delayed from time to time, frequent system hangs/disconnections and the MT4 giving several problems which makes it hard for me to trade. In addition to this, I think Fxpro have widened their spreads with most of the major pairs when other companies are competing to lower their spreads in the hope of getting more customers. For example, we take the USD-Eur pairing. Most other brokers that I trade with offer between 2-3 pips but wit Fxpro, I had experienced up to 5 pips once during the night!

They are very fast at processing your deposits and withdrawals. Usually the same day if you use PayPal. Execution is good (not best). Support is great. I would like to see them over a few years one of the biggest brokers. And I assure the moderator that you won't see 8 , 13, 40 pips on EUR/USD, GBP/USD respectively GBP/JPY. Those are pipettes. That means 0.8, 1.3, 4 pips. If you want to convince yourself open a demo account and you'll see those are the average spreads on these pairs most of the time. Especially on GBP/USD and GBP/JPY. What I don't like is how the spread changes. Now is 0,8..you buy for a scalp on a quick correction, ask price increases while the bid stays the same. That drives you nuts. All in all, I like them. :)

But I really have no idea how Mr Prince could get those wide spreads. Maybe he forgot to spot that FxPro usually uses 5 decimal precision in prices?!
I think that those 8 pips are more likely to be 0.8 (on EUR/USD).
And however during the Asia session it could climb up to 2.0, during the overlap of the EU and US sessions I've noticed even 0.3-0.5 spreads several times.

I'm proud to have a broker like FxPro for months AND I also successfully withdraw money several times with no delays.

I am surprised to see the negative statements about FxPro. They are strict about adhering to their rules and first withdrawals will take longer than after you are in the system. I find that the pricing and execution is top notch. In very busy markets there can be requotes. The alerts they offer to text messaging or sounds are great when you have price levels with concerns. If you log your trades in a spreadsheet there is zero slippage between what you expect and what you get.
