Today I have experienced frequent disconnects and very slow price updates; I have another platform running at same time, and FXDD's prices are very slow to "catch up" with real prices. Have gotten some "off quotes" and "trade context busy" messages as well when trying to execute orders.

I notified them via online chat, and they just told me they weren't having problems and gave me the tech support phone number. I haven't called, but may later.

I've never had issues to this degree with FXDD before, so it may just be a temporary glitch.

I traded forex for almost 2 years now and was using FXDD to trade on standard size early this year and found a lot faulty with the "system". slippage especially during news release and stopout even when the price has not reach yet. They manipulate your acc. I lost confidence and therefore withdraw my balance and and guess what? They forfieted my bonus and part of my profit.

These people are a waste of time and money! First off, they will offer you a bones for opening and funding your account, then, if or when you want to withdraw your funds entirely (go someplace else with your business) bringing your balance to zero, they'll tell "you cannot touch the bonues money that they gave you. Note that such is the case "regardless" of how long you have traded with them or how much trading you have done. So, do not believe them when they offer you a bones...it's their money and they won't let you have it!!

Second, they'll just hunt for your money relentlessly whichever way possible. No wonder why they are not registered with the NFA or FSA...they must have pretty good lawyers.

This FXDD is good for 1 exception and that are the reqoutes. Requotes are so annoying that I don't us this broker anymore. At Oanda you get NEVER EVER a requote, but you get spread widening. For example at this moment the spread is at Oanda 10 pips and at FXDD 2 pips. It's Sunday evening 11:55 CET.

But dear FXDD, if I click BUY than I want my order executed and I DON'T WANT A QUESTION in return. (question if I want to accept the new price quote) And don't give me that "educate yourself about market conditions and volatility speech", because Oanda NEVER gives a requote.

Advantages

-3 different but equally workable trading platforms, which satisfy the needs of all sorts of clients.

Disadvantages:

-Unexpected transers from one language to another and to the home page.
-The information on the site varies according to the language.
-Strange situation with the insurance.
-The information about the company's structure and managers isn't complete enough.

"No stop hunting No price manipulation" who was the idiot who wrote the main review for this broker. obviously has not tried live trades on this broker before. the main review just me the impression that this website is a hack job. only credit is the external reveiws posted.

I used Fapturbo on my FXDD account for a few months. The spreads are too high - EUR/GBP never worked. MegaDroid worked well. Money withdrawal was very fast. Good customer service.

I signed up for a promotion at FXDD in which they funded it with $100.00. THere was no requirement to add funds at any time. Today I noted that my account had all funds transfered out. The original $100 and all the trading profits.

They say they have the right to modify such promotions if they choose.

Clearly this was done because I was winning and it was a way for them to get even.

I think they do stop hunting and have also seen my computer lock up when it is moving or nothing happens for minutes before an update is made, so I wonder where I am. This happens too often to be an electronic problem. Executions are fast, often one click.

Scam!! they are stop hunter, they stop you way before ur stop point. iWhen i was in profit, i always get to reqoute, but when in loss, the order submit immediately. i complained to Introducing broker in penang, the claim the market is volatile when i want to close, but the fact is it was more volatile when i was in loss when i want to cut!! why in loss such volatile no need to requote? the introducer broker is just scam, they will sweet talk you just to earn ur commission and spread rebate. SCAM, i came to this webpage before i started with them but they will ask me to ignore this webpage's comment as only bad comment was approve, i submitted few good comments bout other company that was approve. now i believe that those ppl comment here was real. i regretted i didn;t take the comments on this webpage seriously before, it was an expensive experience. so my advice is stay away, especially if u plan to go thru the IB in tanjung tokong.

Currently with FXDD but I'm not staying. Very poor customer service. Very rude. Dealing desk is very aggressive and closed winning orders, refused to give explanation. I contacted them several times to change from standard to mini account. Customer service rep said that he made the changes but they never did. I haven't experienced what it's like to withdrawal funds yet, but will shortly. I can only hope that it goes smoothly.

In my opinion traders should run a mile away from this bucket shop. Champions in invalid prices (when prices are perfectly), chasing losses, poor customer service, requotes, disconnections, you name it they use every trick in the book. A real bucket shop.

Totally suck, my live acount, over 300 usd eaten by their so called stupid trick stopout ... close my trade without asking and my account still got over 300 usd.. lot of reqoute, when price down they do not allow you to buy, when u clicked buy the system said connection error . really another big bad broker around..
do not lied by them again.

Total manipulators of price. The troubles started when I grew my $500 account to $3,000... price would blatantly be down trending, then I make the short trade and "magically" price surges 50pips against me. Then I trade a bigger lot long order to arbitrage the loss, and then it never goes above the long-price, nor does it dip below the short price. They have more $ so that they can bet against their clients. 50 pips for them is nothing. but it closes you account if your leveraged.

They are using dealing DESK and hard to make money from them, and ur money invested is gone like a wind, they care not to withdraw ones money back to him, stay away or u regret loosing ur money like me... i loose 1,000 usd plus with this theifs called them self's fx broker...WERE IS FBI U.S.A? go and catch those theifs in FXDD managers office and jail them for life with supreme court of world justice...

I was with FXDD, live account, for over a year with no complaints. Email support was always top notch. Their spreads do get a little wild when important news breaks.

I never had any problem hitting my T/Ps, transferring my profits...etc. There were even times when an extra $18-20 would show up in my account as a "Promo" that I didn't know about.

I only left when my style switched from Technical Daytrader to sub 1M Scalper and I needed the lowest spreads I could find...

Good broker with no requotes. No commission charged, you only pay the spread. Only problem is connection breaks at random times, though not frequent to disrupt trading.

I have been using the FXDD demo MT4 platform to test some long-term trading strategies over the last 60-90 days. I also keep a MIG platform and an IBFX platform running all the time.

During times when there is a slightly fast market the FXDD platform frequently disconnects. No connection = no way to exit your positions. And it stays down for a loooooong time too. Not unusual for it to be down 10-20 minutes. Sometimes this happens several times during the London & NY sessions.

So, you better consider what can happen when you are highly leveraged in a fast market and no way to exit. I'll give you one guess... they win / you lose. All your account :(

( Note: during these "fast conditions" the IBFX and MIG worked fine. )

I don't know about their live platform, but if it is like the demo then expect to have the screws put to you. Big time.
